Appointments: we use your name, company, email, phone number, demonstration address and message to arrange the appointment and send you a confirmation and a reminder the day before. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract. After a visit, we may ask for your feedback; you can object to this at any time.

Subscribing to our offers: we use your email and company to send you our offers, only after you confirm your subscription. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email.

Business prospecting: we only write to the general email address of companies, as published in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in presenting our services to professionals. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link; the address is then placed on an opt-out list and never contacted again.

Retention: appointment data is automatically deleted 3 years after booking. Subscriptions are kept until withdrawn. Addresses on the opt-out list are kept so that your request is respected.

Recipients: your data is never sold or rented. It is processed by iShop and by our hosting provider OVH, within the European Union.

Your rights: you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, or object to processing. Contact us by phone, by post at our registered office, or by replying to one of our emails. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
